What Were The Charges?
Prosecutors charged Dileep with conspiracy. Specifically, they claimed he met Pulsar Suni three times and planned the attack. Furthermore, they alleged he offered ₹1.5 crore to film obscene scenes of the actress.

Investigators also presented evidence of alleged meetings between Dileep and Pulsar Suni. For instance, they cited a November 2016 meeting at Dileep’s residence. Additionally, they mentioned financial transactions totaling over ₹1 lakh.
